All MedicPad items are made-to-order. For every piece in our collection, the estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order.

Free shipping worldwide and takes about 10-15 business days to arrive using standard shipping. Here is the variants of shipping time according to different countries. Free shipping via standard shipping for orders over $50, otherwise, you need to pay shipping fees. You can also choose the fast way that takes 4-7 business days to deliver, it will cost $25.

USA, Canada, Australia, Europe:

10-15 days (standard shipping) and 7-15 business days (express shipping) 

South & Central America:

30 days (standard shipping)and 9-15 business days (express shipping)

Brazil:

21 days (standard shipping)and 12 business days (express shipping)

Other Countries:

about 20 business days.
What are the extra duties and taxes for when I purchase from outside of the Us?

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These costs will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are the recipient's responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
